•  Manages use of facilities for group events and programs
•  Responsible for perpetual care and sell of cemetery lots at  
   Douglas City Cemetery
•  Provides programs and services at 12 Parks, 16 Tennis Courts, 
   6 Recreation Centers, 13 Ballfields
•  Maintains city buildings and public landscaped areas
•  Promotes tourism and leisure travel, provides public relations
•  Maintains a healthy downtown through Georgia's Main Street
    program
•  Administers youth & adult programs
